In 2017 we were approached with an invitation to be involved on a public tender for the Master Planning, Detailed Design and Construction of a new automotive destination that would set the standard in motorsport venues in Asia.

We worked tirelessly with our partners to prepare a response to the invitation that would provide the Client with an outline of our expertise, methodology for delivery and an indication of how we thought the venue should look and be considered. Having been asked to think outside of the box, the concept for the venue featured innovative ideas for sporting, recreational, commercial and residential integrations whilst considering the highest environmental credentials.

The facility was designed to be off-grid allowing for power to be generated from biomass and solar sources. Water to be sourced from on site water courses and wells as well as the treatment of foul water through the facilities very own water treatment plant. Feng Shui principles were also considered carefully within the development of this concept.
